Introduction:
   Dongshan goat is a kind of precious goat originating from Dongshan Ridge. The goat coats a black and shine fur, being simple and pleasant, particularly attractive. From Song Dynasty, it became an imperial tribute, one of four specialties in Hainan. "Dongshan goat with white sauce" has been ranked into Encyclopedia of Chinese Cooking, becoming a state dinner dish. Dongshan goat has small body but strong hoof. It is good at climbing, bold and clean lofty. Usually it won’t eat food on the ground. It is a rare species in Animal Kingdom, like a gentleman. The cliffs and caves of Dongshan Ridge are the very proper activity places for Dongshan goat, where has lush shrubs and weeds, tree vines, Partridge tea, and clear spring. Those are all the green food for Dongshan goat. Compared to other goats, Dongshan goat has the following features: tender skin and tasty, white juice but not greasy and fragrant tasty but not smelly.
